Earlier this month, University Instructors (UI) team members visited Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) to witness first-hand their Surge Summer Camps across thirteen school sites, hosted in partnership with UI. Recruiting specialists, Toby Williams and Tiffany Bevan, led the recruiting efforts for the CMS Surge Summer Camps this year, working long hours to place exceptional talent in the classroom. Serving over 2,000 rising second, third, and fourth graders at camp, Toby and Tiffany ensured that all of the recruited talent has supported CMS students. They enjoyed meeting the instructors that they placed, while engaging with the students that they worked so hard to serve.

Additionally during their visit, Toby and Tiffany met with other UI employees based in Charlotte, including Educational Consultant, Kara Lewis, EdForce Recruiter, EMichele Paul, and Program Manager, Tiffany Lyles. Collectively, the team appreciated the opportunity to interact with one another and work together in person to create relationships and build a strong company culture.
