Lesley brings thirty years of creating crisp, intricate, professional, engaging, and highly collaborative technical proposals. Lesley is an exceptional writer who enjoys long-form assignments, working intensively with individuals at times, and distilling complex methodologies and processes into language every reader can understand. Lesley is an active learner who can process a great deal of information quickly and she continually refines content and processes based on data-driven insights. She is highly skilled and comfortable researching new topics and speaking on them with authority. In her role, Lesley designs and composes simple to complex materials that convey UI’s ability, strategies, and proven experience to effectively exceed client expectations across a diverse range of services. Lesley has a demonstrated history of building and sustaining complex cross-functional relationships. She leads, develops, and manages a portfolio of collaborative partnerships, internally across the company, and among historically underutilized businesses – the goal of which is to leverage the most highly skilled individuals to conduct specific scopes of work. Lesley is gifted at analyzing, recommending, and documenting business procedures and best practices as well as identifying process gaps and offering alternatives. Lesley has a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Dalhousie University and a degree in Cognitive Development from Laurentian University.
